Cifra is an enterprise goal-setting and performance management platform designed to connect organizational strategy with real-time data and team execution. The platform enables companies to align objectives across departments, track performance through integrated reporting tools, and create visibility between leadership goals and day-to-day operational work.

We designed the full digital experience from the ground up, focusing on creating a structured, scalable enterprise interface that simplifies complex performance workflows. The work centered on clarifying multi-level goal hierarchies, designing role-based dashboards, and building seamless integration touchpoints with analytics, communication, and task management tools. Every interaction was crafted to reduce reporting friction while maintaining enterprise-grade functionality and clarity.

The scope extended across two core platforms: a responsive marketing landing page and the enterprise web application. The landing page was designed to communicate Cifra’s value proposition, establish credibility, and drive acquisition. The web application was structured to support goal creation, performance tracking, live data integrations, and administrative controls. Both experiences were designed to function cohesively, ensuring consistency between brand entry and product interaction.
